Tyrone has more than 25 years of experience working as a Field Service Engineer and holds a technology degree from Devry University. More recently, Tyrone was working in customer service and marketing. Despite technical certification and work experience, he was unemployed and having a difficult time finding a gainful employment opportunity.
“I was looking for higher wages and the opportunity to work from home,” said Tyrone. “I’d like to land a job where I can continue in the area of providing technical support for customers.”
He came to Digital Works – Reeb Avenue Center in Columbus, Ohio, in the fall of 2016. Tyrone graduated the training program in November and was immediately hired by Teleperformance for full-time, W2 employment as technical support and retail customer care.
“My goal is to continue learning, to grow my career, and to mentor others along the way.”
